Win More Job Orders Without Taking On More Candidate Work
Access an established international candidate pipeline, AI-supported matching and a human-managed onboarding service—without adding permanent staff or fixed overhead.
Whether you are an independent recruiter, a boutique agency or an established recruitment firm, AusPath gives you additional candidate-delivery capacity when you need it.
Search the Candidate Directory yourself or submit the employer’s job description and let AusPath compare the role against approximately 1,500 candidate profiles.
Searching, submitting a job order, receiving a shortlist and reviewing candidate potential are free. You pay only when you authorise AusPath to begin material candidate work.
More Placement Capacity Without More Fixed Overhead
Spend more time winning and managing employer clients—and less time searching profiles, chasing documents, coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate follow-up.
Flexible Support for Independent Recruiters and Established Firms
AusPath provides candidate-delivery capacity that can support a solo recruiter, a boutique agency or a larger recruitment operation.
Compete Without Building a Large Back Office
Smaller recruitment businesses often manage business development, employer communication, candidate searching, interviews and administration themselves.
AusPath gives you access to candidate infrastructure and delivery support that would otherwise require additional staff, systems and management time.
- Save hours of manual candidate searching
- Reduce document-chasing workload
- Avoid another permanent salary
- Avoid more software and equipment costs
- Accept more job orders without becoming overwhelmed
- Stay focused on employers and revenue
- Activate support when real candidate work is required
Add a Specialist International Candidate Delivery Channel
Larger recruitment companies can use AusPath as an additional sourcing and onboarding channel for selected job orders, employer campaigns or peak periods.
Internal consultants retain their employer relationships while AusPath supports the candidate-side workflow.
- Add capacity during peak demand
- Access a specialist international pipeline
- Support multi-candidate campaigns
- Reduce pressure on internal consultants
- Apply a consistent onboarding workflow
- Use recruiter-introduced or AusPath candidates
- Outsource selected job orders rather than the whole function
The Technology and Candidate Pipeline Are Already Built
AusPath has invested in the platform, candidate attraction, onboarding workflows and human support required to help recruitment companies move faster.
The AusPath Portal is designed for international candidate onboarding—not merely storing names and CVs.
Candidate profiles can include qualifications, experience, registration information, current location, preferred work locations, visa or work-right information, availability and workforce-readiness details.
This structured information allows AusPath to search and compare candidates more efficiently than beginning every job order with a new manual search.
An Existing International Workforce Pipeline
The AusPath network includes candidates at different stages of professional registration, document completion, employment readiness and availability.
- Nurses across multiple experience areas
- 200+ AHPRA-registered nurses on the Portal
- Allied health professionals
- Aged care and disability workers
- Selected skilled workers
- Candidates already located in Australia
- International candidates preparing for Australian roles
Search the Directory Yourself or Let AusPath Match the Role
Recruitment Partners can control the search directly or outsource the manual database work to AusPath.
Search the Candidate Directory
Approved Recruitment Partners can explore candidate profiles through the AusPath Portal and identify people who may suit their employer vacancies.
- Search available candidate profiles
- Review profession and experience
- Review recorded registration information
- Review current location and preferences
- Review candidate-readiness information
- Create a potential shortlist
- Ask AusPath to begin candidate engagement when ready
Submit the Job Description
Send AusPath the employer’s job description, mandatory requirements and the number of candidates the employer requires.
AI-supported matching can compare the role against structured candidate information, including qualifications, experience, registration information, location preferences and recorded readiness.
- Reduce hours of manual database searching
- Compare a larger number of profiles efficiently
- Identify potentially relevant candidates
- Reduce the risk of overlooking suitable profiles
- Receive human review of potential matches
- Receive a focused initial shortlist
Candidates Are Already Creating Profiles and Uploading Documents
The AusPath Portal progressively collects and organises candidate information before a recruiter submits a vacancy.
Search, Submit and Review the Shortlist for Free
Searching the Candidate Directory, submitting a job order, receiving an initial shortlist and reviewing candidate potential do not trigger a placement payment.
Nothing becomes payable until the Recruitment Partner reviews the shortlist and authorises AusPath to begin real human work on the job order.
Material work includes contacting candidates, confirming genuine interest and availability, preparing candidates for the role and arranging interviews.
Activation Is Priced on the Candidate Count in the Job Order
The activation payment is a single job-order payment calculated as AUD $497 + GST multiplied by the number of candidates the employer requires.
It is not charged per shortlisted candidate, per contacted candidate, per interview or per batch.
AusPath will normally shortlist and interview more people than the employer ultimately requires. That is part of running an effective recruitment process and does not increase the activation payment.
What the Activation Payment Starts
Once the Recruitment Partner authorises AusPath to begin, AusPath commits its team to material candidate work for that job order.
- Contacting potentially suitable candidates
- Confirming genuine interest and availability
- Clarifying role suitability
- Preparing candidates for employer consideration
- Coordinating candidate documents
- Preparing candidates for interview
- Arranging and coordinating interviews
- Maintaining candidate communication and follow-up
The activation payment covers the work required to engage candidates, confirm interest and availability, prepare them for the role, coordinate interviews and manage the job order through its active recruitment stage.
Job Order Requiring Two Nurses
AUD $994 + GSTCalculated as AUD $497 × 2 required candidates.
The activation payment remains AUD $994 + GST where AusPath shortlists five candidates and arranges four interviews.
Job Order Requiring Five Nurses
AUD $2,485 + GSTCalculated as AUD $497 × 5 required candidates.
AusPath may shortlist and interview more than five candidates without increasing the activation payment.
Human-Managed Candidate Delivery for the Job Order
You are not paying AusPath to build a database or provide a speculative shortlist. You are authorising the human work required to progress candidates towards interview and commencement.

How the Simplified Pricing Model Works
What is the Recruitment Partner placement fee?
The standard fee is AUD $2,997 + GST per successful candidate placement, paid through job-order activation, contract-signing and employment-commencement milestones.
What can we do before paying anything?
You may search the Candidate Directory, submit a job order, receive an initial shortlist and review candidate potential without a placement payment. Membership fees may still apply unless waived.
When does the activation payment become payable?
It becomes payable when you review the shortlist and authorise AusPath to begin material candidate work, including candidate contact, interest confirmation, preparation and interview coordination.
How is the activation payment calculated?
It is AUD $497 + GST multiplied by the number of candidates required by the Accepted Job Order. A job order for two nurses therefore has an activation payment of AUD $994 + GST.
Is activation charged for every candidate shortlisted?
No. Activation is based on the number of candidates the job order requires, not the number shortlisted, contacted or interviewed.
What if AusPath shortlists more people than we need?
There is no additional activation fee. A job order requiring two nurses remains activated for AUD $994 + GST even where five people are shortlisted and four are interviewed.
Is the activation payment credited against later invoices?
No. The activation payment is the first payment stage. It is not a deposit or credit against the Contract Signed or Employment Started payments.
What if fewer candidates are placed than the job order requested?
The activation payment remains payable in full because it covers activating and running the original job order. Contract Signed and Employment Started payments arise only for candidates who reach those milestones.
What if no candidate signs or commences?
No further placement payments arise. The activation payment remains non-refundable once material candidate work has begun.
What if the employer later needs more candidates?
Additional candidate requirements form a new job order and attract a new activation payment based on the number of additional candidates required.
How is the Contract Signed payment invoiced?
AUD $1,000 + GST is payable for each candidate who signs an employment agreement or binding employment contract.
How is the Employment Started payment invoiced?
AUD $1,500 + GST is payable for each candidate who commences employment or another agreed paid engagement.
Can we submit our own candidates?
Yes. Recruiter-introduced candidates may be reviewed, compared and supported through the AusPath delivery process. The same activation and milestone pricing applies.
Does AusPath take over our employer relationship?
No. Your recruitment company retains and manages the employer relationship. AusPath primarily manages the agreed candidate-side workflow.
Are membership fees included in the placement fee?
No. Standard membership is AUD $990 + GST to join and AUD $99 + GST per month. Membership fees are separate from placement fees. The first 30 approved Recruitment Partners can receive both membership fees waived for life.
Are third-party costs included?
No. Government charges, migration-agent fees, registration, testing, medicals, police checks, travel and relocation costs remain separate unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
