What happens after I join the program?
AusPath reviews your registration and business information. Once approved, you receive access to the Partner Portal, your recognised referral link, partner resources and onboarding information.
How much does it cost to join?
The usual $299 AUD joining fee is currently waived as a special launch offer. It is $0 to apply and join once AusPath approves your Onboarding Partner account.
Do I need to upload candidate profiles?
No. Candidates use your recognised partner referral link to create and manage their own AusPath Candidate Portal accounts.
Is there a charge for every candidate I refer?
No. There is no separate charge for each candidate you refer through your personal AusPath partner link.
What marketing tools are included in my Partner Portal?
The Marketing Kit includes approved copy for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and WhatsApp; campaign and advertising text; branded square, story, landscape and YouTube graphics; downloadable media; keyword search; copy controls; applicable disclaimers; and supported insertion of your personal referral link.

Once approved and marked available, referred candidates may enter the same AusPath talent database searched by authorised recruitment partners. AusPath controls approval, access and privacy.
Can I edit a candidate’s profile?
Candidates control their own accounts. Partners may support them, but profile editing access remains subject to candidate consent and AusPath privacy controls.
Is Platinum included in partner membership?
No. Platinum is an optional candidate upgrade. Approved partners may earn an eligible 25% commission when a referred candidate purchases through the recognised partner process.
Can I charge candidates for my own services?
Partners may charge fair and transparent fees for legitimate services they lawfully provide, subject to applicable laws, professional boundaries and AusPath program terms.
Can I provide visa or migration advice?
Only appropriately authorised professionals may provide regulated migration advice. Candidates must be referred to an authorised migration professional where required.
Does referring a candidate guarantee employment?
No. Registration or approval does not guarantee employment, employer sponsorship, visa approval, migration outcomes or professional registration.
When is the $250 employment commission paid?
It becomes payable when an eligible referred candidate successfully commences employment and the applicable program conditions have been satisfied.
Can AusPath suspend a partner account?
Yes. AusPath may suspend or terminate access for misleading conduct, privacy breaches, unauthorised advice, platform misuse or breaches of the partner program terms.
