Build a More Stable Workforce Without Building a Larger Recruitment Operation

Access an established pipeline of nurses, allied health professionals, care workers and selected skilled workers, supported by AI-assisted matching and a human-managed candidate delivery team.

AusPath helps Australian employers identify, interview and progress suitable candidates without relying on disconnected spreadsheets, outdated databases or a large internal recruitment and onboarding team.

Search the Candidate Directory or submit your vacancy and let AusPath compare the role against structured candidate profiles, professional information, location preferences and recorded readiness.

A More Efficient Recruitment Model

The Candidate Infrastructure Is Already Operating

You are not paying AusPath to begin building a database after receiving your vacancy.

Candidates are already creating structured profiles, recording their experience, registration information, location preferences and availability, and progressively uploading relevant documents through the AusPath Portal.

This gives employers a faster starting point and allows potentially relevant candidates to be identified before significant recruitment and onboarding work begins.

What AusPath Helps Remove From Your Internal Workload

  • Hours of manual candidate searching
  • Repeated interest and availability checks
  • Unstructured candidate information
  • CV and profile preparation
  • Document chasing and organisation
  • Interview scheduling and reminders
  • Candidate communication between milestones
  • Candidate-side onboarding coordination

Review Candidate Potential First

Receive an Indicative Shortlist Before Activating the Job Order

Submit your vacancy and review potentially suitable candidates represented in the AusPath platform before authorising material candidate work.

The indicative shortlist helps demonstrate potential candidate alignment based on the information currently recorded in the Portal.

It does not guarantee that a particular candidate will remain available, satisfy the employer’s final selection requirements, accept an interview, accept an offer or commence employment.

AI Supported. Human Verified.

Technology Finds the Match. People Make the Placement Happen.

Matching software can identify potential alignment, but it cannot replace genuine candidate conversations, professional judgement or relationship management.

AusPath speaks with selected candidates, confirms their current intentions, reviews the available information, prepares them for the opportunity and maintains contact throughout the agreed process.

Employers retain control of the hiring decision. AusPath provides the technology, candidate workflow and human support needed to make that decision more efficiently.

01
Candidate Interest Confirm whether the candidate is genuinely interested in the employer, location and role.
02
Candidate Availability Confirm current location, availability and expected commencement considerations.
03
Candidate Preparation Help candidates understand the role and prepare for employer interviews.
04
Candidate Follow-Through Maintain communication through interviews, contracts, onboarding and commencement preparation.
Continued Candidate Searching

AusPath Keeps Working While the Job Order Remains Active

The indicative shortlist is the starting point, not the end of the candidate search.

Once the job order is activated, AusPath will use reasonable endeavours to continue identifying, engaging and progressing suitable candidates while the job order remains active.

This may include returning to the existing pipeline, identifying additional potential candidates, confirming current interest and availability, preparing candidates and coordinating further interviews.

AusPath cannot guarantee that every position will be filled or that a suitable candidate will be available within a particular timeframe. Candidate decisions, employer requirements, registration, work rights, migration requirements and market availability may affect the outcome.

What Job Order Activation Begins

  • Candidate engagement
  • Interest and availability confirmation
  • Detailed candidate review
  • Candidate profile preparation

  • Interview scheduling and communication
  • Continued candidate searching
  • Contract follow-up

The Job Order Activated payment covers the work required to activate and manage the candidate-delivery process for the number of positions stated in the job order.

Employer Questions

What Employers Need to Know

Is there a joining or monthly employer fee?

No. Employers can register and use the employer platform without a joining or monthly access fee. Applicable placement fees and third-party costs remain payable.

Can we review candidates before making a payment?

Yes. Employers may submit the vacancy and review an indicative shortlist before authorising AusPath to begin material candidate work.

Does the indicative shortlist guarantee candidate availability?

No. It shows potential alignment based on information currently available in the AusPath platform. Candidate interest, availability, suitability, interview participation, contract signing and commencement must still be confirmed.

When is the Job Order Activated payment due?

It becomes payable when the employer reviews the indicative shortlist and authorises AusPath to begin candidate engagement, preparation, interview coordination and other material candidate work.

How is the activation amount calculated?

The Job Order Activated payment is AUD $1,497 + GST multiplied by the number of positions required in the accepted job order.

Do we pay more if AusPath interviews additional candidates?

No. The activation amount is based on the number of positions required, not the number of candidates shortlisted, contacted or interviewed.

What happens if the first shortlisted candidates do not progress?

AusPath will use reasonable endeavours to continue identifying, engaging and progressing suitable candidates while the job order remains active.

Does AusPath guarantee that every position will be filled?

No. AusPath cannot guarantee candidate availability, suitability, interview participation, contract signing, visa approval or commencement within a particular timeframe.

What happens if fewer positions are ultimately filled?

Contract Signed and Employment Started payments arise only for candidates who reach those milestones. The Job Order Activated payment covers the candidate work and continued search undertaken for the positions stated in the activated job order.

Can we search candidates ourselves?

Employers may review available candidate information through the Portal, subject to access controls and candidate privacy requirements.

Are candidates already uploading documents?

Candidates progressively create profiles and upload relevant information and documents through the Portal. The amount and verification status varies by candidate.

Does AusPath provide migration advice?

AusPath may coordinate candidate-side administration with the appointed registered migration agent or authorised legal practitioner. Immigration assistance and visa advice are provided by the authorised professional.

Does AusPath guarantee a placement or visa outcome?

No. AusPath does not guarantee candidate availability, employment acceptance, registration, sponsorship, visa approval or a particular commencement date.
