How the Process Works
- Apply and Get Approved:
Submit your Recruitment Partner application & we will be in touch. Upon approval, you’ll be onboarded into the program. - Upload Candidates:
Pay your upload fee (or enjoy your free trial) and add candidate profiles directly into our portal. Profiles are reviewed and approved by our team. - Candidate Visibility:
Employers view your candidates, book interviews, and offer employment through our platform. - Candidate Onboarding:
As a Recruitment Partner, you are encouraged to provide additional onboarding services before or alongside the AusPath process — and charge a fair fee for the time and value you provide. Once your candidate is accepted by an employer, they will begin AusPath’s structured onboarding program. This includes:- ✅ Visa Coordination & Compliance Support

What happens after I join?
You’ll receive portal access and partner training materials so you can start adding candidates immediately.
Can I charge a fee to candidates?
Yes — Recruitment Partners are allowed to charge their own onboarding or service fees to candidates.
This is independent of any fees AusPath collects and must be arranged between you and your candidates directly.
Here are examples of onboarding services Recruitment Partners can provide and charge for:
- 📄 Document Collection & Application Assistance – Help candidates prepare, scan, and submit all required documents for AHPRA, NCLEX, PRC, and visa applications.
- 🛂 Visa Guidance & Support – Walk them through their Skilled Visa or Sponsorship pathway requirements, including police clearances and medicals.
- 📚 Education & Exam Prep – Assist with NCLEX/OSCE/Aged Care Passport referrals, English test review (IELTS/OET), and access to relevant training.
- 💼 CV Formatting & Interview Coaching – Optimize candidate CVs to the AusPath standard and prepare them for employer interviews.
- 🏡 Migration & Relocation Services – Arrange housing support, airport pickup, pre-departure briefings, and other resettlement tasks.
- 🧾 Platinum Package Upgrade Support – Explain the benefits of AusPath’s Platinum Program and guide candidates through the upgrade process.
💡 These are just examples. Partners may design their own service bundles based on the candidate’s stage and needs — as long as it’s ethical, transparent, and compliant with local laws (e.g., POEA rules for Filipino workers).
Can the joining fee be waived?
We reserve the right to waive the AUD $990 joining fee for selected high-performing partners based on quality and volume of candidates.
What if my candidate doesn’t get hired?
There are no placement guarantees. However, candidates who complete onboarding and training significantly improve their chances with employers.
